Mix chicken and curd in a bowl and kept aside for 30 minutes to tenderize the chicken.
Then drain it and marinate with red chili powder, garlic paste and garam masala powder. Keep it for 30 minutes.
Now add in cornflour, salt and maida. Mix well.
Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
Drop chicken in hot oil and cook on medium heat till the chicken is cooked. Don’t cook on low or high heat.
Drain and serve with chopped coriander leaves.
